The Team: Faculty
Dr. Morrow has extensive training and experience in Shelter Medicine, with a master’s degree as well as two graduate certificates. She has spent most of her 22 years in practice as a Shelter Medicine/HQHVSN Veterinarian and has performed tens of thousands of surgeries. Dr. Morrow has also been in academia for 17 years, teaching people ranging from undergraduate non-science majors through graduate students and professional students.
Most recently, Dr. Morrow taught HQHVSN (high quality high volume spay/neuter) techniques at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. In addition to founding Frankie's Friends, she has led multiple non-profit organizations in setting up HQHVSN programs and had been a non-profit leader for 15 years. Dr. Morrow is a Certified Animal Welfare Administrator (CAWA).
